ABOUT THE EVENT
The 2012 Rod Hatter Memorial Yealering 300 is a two day, long course off road race conducted at Yealering in the Western Australian Wheatbelt. The event is held over a 50 kilometre (approximate) course, consisting of 2 sections, one of 2 laps and one of 4 laps with a compulsory 30 minute pit stop, with the surface consisting of dirt, sand & gravel.
It is Round 1 of the 2012 State Championships.
HOW TO GET THERE
Travel to Brookton

If travelling from Perth turn right towards Pingelly – opposite Stumpies Roadhouse. This is signposted “Pingelly”.

At Pingelly turn left towards Wickepin. This is signposted “to Wickepin”.

Travel over the railway line and at the “T” junction turn right. This is the Bullering -Wickepin road.

Approximate 8 kilometres from this “T” junction veer left onto the Pingelly – Bullering Road (signposted “to Yealering”).

Travel this road for approximately 40 kilometres.

Turn right at Lomos Road (signposted “Yealering”).

Travel this road approximately 12 kilometres to the end. At the “T” junction turn left.

Travel into Yealering, turn right before the railway crossing and head towards Wickepin with the lake on your left.

The Camping Area and Pits is at Dalton Road about 8 kilometres out of town on the Wickepin Road. It will be sign posted at the junction.
